Blogging Tips is a group blog where regular writers offer articles and advice about blogging. For the past couple of months, I've been writing regular posts for this popular blog and am now a weekly (staff) writer!

Generally speaking, my posts at Blogging Tips are about using and working with Blogger, including:

Plus a few more too!

Blogging Tips features some really useful posts about blogging in general. My articles about Blogger are published regularly each Monday, so if you're looking for more resources and articles to help you blog more effectively, please check out my posts at Blogging Tips and let me know what you think!

I've read there. Most of the articles are fluff. They will be lucky to have you.

Hey Amanda,

Your posts at BloggingTips have been great. Long may they continue.

Laura - I agree that we're lucky to have Amanda but can you expand more on your 'fluff' comment. What kind of posts you do you think there is too much of (or not enough of).

:)

Hi Amanda,

Nice to see your collection of useful tips at Blogging tips. That site is just enough to have you there.

Kevin - nice to see you here. I do not think that most of the articles in your site are fluff. I had three guest posts there and received a bunch of good comments and citations.

It's me again, Amanda. I just installed the Recent Comments widget on my Humane Blogging Tips blog and it worked.

However, is there a way to avoid my own recent comment from showing? Just like we do at the Top Commenters widget.

Hoping for your positive feedback.

Thanks really.

For Laura: I'm glad to be posting at BloggingTips too as so far it's helping me reach a wider audience and I've had some great traffic coming from the site. There are some really useful articles about blogging in general, though few were specifically about Blogger until I recently started posting about this platform :)

For Kevin: Thanks for stopping by here too! I hope to be writing for Blogging Tips fo a long time :)

For Guardian Angel: The Recent Comments widget cannot currently be configured to filter your own comments. I think it may be possible using Yahoo! Pipes instead of a regular JSON callback, but I would have to test to be sure.

Guardian Angel - thanks though I don't mind negative feedback too much (as long as its constructive). It's sometimes difficult to see your own blogs problems, sometimes you need a different view as it's easy to see your own blog with blinkers on :)

Amanda - Glad your getting good traffic from the site but I really think that this site will grow very quickly anyways as the articles are top notch and there are very few good blogger resource sites available on the net (which is strange when you think about how popular it is).
