Update: Hopefully everything is back to normal now. As far as I can tell, all the images, scripts and templates are back in place. But if anyone notices something amiss, please do let me know!
It seems that my hosting provider is suffering some downtime. I've contacted tech support to find out why many features of this site are inaccessible and hopefully will have this resolved very quickly.
My sincere apologies to all readers and users of this site. As soon as I know any more, I will be sure to post this here!
