In the tutorial for number 3. Add extra to the footer section, it says, Replace the entire line highlighted in red with the code below:
But there is no code below to use.

I did check this page in both IE and Firefox, and the code displays just fine for me. The "code below" is housed within an iframe (scrolling box), so I wonder of your browser may be experiencing problems in loading this.
I do use iframes on many of my pages, so do let me know which browser you are using of you are unable to see any of these code sections.
